Thomas Kevin Rees (born May 22, 1992) is an American professional football coach and former quarterback who is the offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns in 2025. He played college football at Notre Dame from 2010 to 2013. Rees began his coaching career in 2015 as a graduate assistant at Northwestern University. He then served as an offensive assistant for the San Diego Chargers in 2016.
